How to close a bankruptcy case

According to the requirements of relevant judicial interpretations, after the bankruptcy property is distributed, the bankruptcy liquidation team shall request the People's Court to terminate the bankruptcy proceedings, and the People's Court shall rule to terminate the bankruptcy proceedings within 7 days. After the bankruptcy proceedings are concluded, the liquidation team shall handle the deregistration of the bankrupt enterprise with the original registration authority of the bankrupt enterprise and inform the people's court of the handling situation. When the bankruptcy liquidation team handles deregistration, it shall submit a report on application for deregistration signed by the bankruptcy liquidation team, the people's court's ruling on terminating the bankruptcy proceedings, the bankrupt enterprise's business license and its copy, business seal, etc. After an enterprise is registered and deregistered, its legal personality is declared extinguished, and undistributed claims are extinguished. After the bankrupt enterprise is deregistered, the people's court shall announce the cancellation of the liquidation team.
