Prevention experts remind that in most cases, the numbers displayed by international voice calls (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan calls) entering the mainland through formal channels must follow the following rules: 000 19*+ country code+city code where the international exchange bureau is located+bureau number. In China, only Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou can transfer international voice calls with codes 10, 2 1 and 20 respectively. And 400 calls can only be made, not made. If your phone number is displayed as a phone number beginning with this number, it must be fictitious, so be alert.

According to prevention experts, this year, telecom fraud cases in our province are high, and many gang cases have been seized. The latest Judicial Interpretation also focuses on cracking down on telecom fraud. The new "Judicial Interpretation" stipulates that although the amount of fraud per crime does not exceed 5,000 yuan, the amount of each crime can be accumulated. If it reaches more than 5,000 yuan, it can be convicted and punished for fraud; Whoever sends more than 5,000 fraudulent text messages and makes more than 500 fraudulent phone calls shall be convicted and punished for fraud (attempted). Our province is currently carrying out a special campaign against telecom fraud, and the new judicial interpretation will undoubtedly play a positive role in combating telecom fraud.
