There are pop-up ads on the phone, what’s going on?

If push information/advertising often pops up automatically on your phone, we recommend:

1. Open the notification bar and check if there is a word "Clear" on the upper right corner of the notification bar. If so, please click Clear Notification. column information.

2. In the standby interface - slide down the top curtain of the screen - look for an advertisement information and hold it without letting go - the application will be prompted to "click to cancel the notification after entering". .

3. The automatically pop-up advertising push information may be the push information of the downloaded third-party software. It is recommended to disable the push information function through the software settings.

4. If Invalid, it may be related to the downloaded software. It is recommended to uninstall and delete the corresponding software.

5. Back up mobile phone data (phone book, text messages, multimedia files, etc.) and restore factory settings (enter mobile phone settings-- Reset - restore factory settings)

If the problem persists after restoring factory settings, it is recommended to send the phone to the nearest service center for testing and further processing.
