Written expression of short message content

I am a high school student. In my opinion, the classroom is where our students study their lessons. We should keep quiet in the classroom. Recently, however, some students have brought their mobile phones to the classroom without turning them off, so sometimes we will hear the ringing of mobile phones in class. Some of them even waste precious time texting in class. It influenced other students. In order to create a quiet place for all of us, I suggest those who have mobile phones not to make phone calls or send text messages in class. They should turn them off. We should concentrate on our studies.
