Take 7 days of home isolation medical observation; Do not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, take centralized isolation medical observation; The management period starts from leaving the risk area. 2. Detect the nucleic acid of 1, 4 and 7 days' home isolation medical observation. Continuous daily full-time nucleic acid testing was carried out in high-risk areas. After three consecutive rounds of social positive infection were not detected, a round of full-time nucleic acid testing was carried out the next day. In the middle risk area, after three consecutive rounds of nucleic acid detection are negative, the next day's detection will be carried out. In low-risk areas, check every other day until no socially positive infected person is detected for 7 consecutive days, and check every 3 days instead until it returns to normal.

What is the penalty for refusing to cooperate with nucleic acid? The Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases stipulates that all units and individuals in People's Republic of China (PRC) must accept preventive and control measures such as investigation, inspection, sample collection and isolation treatment of infectious diseases by disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions, and provide relevant information truthfully.

When does the 48-hour nucleic acid test start?

The detection step starts counting.

48 hours is counted from the detection step. Generally, the results will be uploaded as soon as possible after the detection is completed, so the time marked on the detection report (or the detection time and the nucleic acid result time) shall prevail, instead of the time of throat swab sampling, such as sampling on Monday and testing on Tuesday, so the validity period of nucleic acid will be counted from the detection on Tuesday.

Article 39 When a medical institution discovers a Class A infectious disease, it shall take the following measures in time:

(a) isolation treatment of patients and pathogen carriers, and the isolation period shall be determined according to the results of medical examination;

(two) for suspected patients, isolation treatment in designated places before diagnosis;

(3) Carry out medical observation and take other necessary preventive measures at designated places for patients, pathogen carriers and close contacts of suspected patients in medical institutions.

The public security organ may assist medical institutions to take compulsory isolation treatment measures if they refuse isolation treatment or leave isolation treatment without authorization before the expiration of isolation period.
