How does China Bank check the phone bill?

Call China Bank's hourly customer service hotline: 95566 for balance inquiry and follow the voice prompts. Only local calls are charged. The initial password is the last 6 digits of your ID number. The telephone bank opened by telephone can only handle inquiry business and cannot transfer money.

2. Check the balance through online banking.

Log in to personal online banking of Bank of China, and you can check the balance. The specific method is as follows:

(1) To check the balance of your China bank card online, you must first open online banking, and then log in to official website, Bank of China. Find the "Login to BOC Online Banking" button on the right side of the website, and click Enter.

(2) After clicking, a new window and a reminder box will appear. The details are as follows: "Please download and install the security control before logging in to online banking. When installing the control, please close all browser windows ". In the Enter Password and Dynamic Password boxes, it appears as a red X, so you must install the control first.

(3) Click OK to close the change reminder box, then find "Online Banking Login Security Control" on this page and click Install.

(4) After the installation is completed, close all browsers, log in to official website again, repeat step 1 2, and log in to the personal account of online banking for inquiry.

(5) If you only need to check the debit card balance of China Bank online, you can use the online registration function of China Bank's online banking to open your own online banking. The function can only be queried, but not for remittance, investment and foreign exchange speculation.

3. Check the balance by SMS

How to open the SMS balance query function;

(1) After entering the personal online banking of China Bank, click Banking Services and find the account SMS service on the left;
