If you are maliciously attacked online, you can report it to the police.

The details are as follows:

1. Keep all evidence, whether it is voice or text news, take photos, and save audio and video recordings. Go to a notary agency to have the evidence notarized, so that even if the other party deletes or has evidence.

2. For complaints and reports, notify the platform reporting hotline: 12377 (China Internet Illegal and Bad Information Reporting Center). No matter which platform you are scolded on, you can directly contact the management. Clearly inform you that you have been abused and request the platform to delete relevant information.

3. Call the police and prosecute: Abuse of others is a tort, and the police can be requested to intervene in the investigation. You can also submit evidence and file an infringement lawsuit.
