1. Pay attention to "Health 320" WeChat official account consultation complaints (only handle complaints from yellow code personnel in Hunan Province);

2. Download the "Health 320”APP to submit complaints (it can handle complaints in red and yellow codes outside Hunan Province and complaints in yellow codes inside Hunan Province).

3. Call the hotline 073 1- 12320/96320 to provide 7*24 hours health code consultation and complaint.
