Introduction:

The little girl Dorothy Gail and her beloved dog Tu Tu live on her uncle's farm in Kansas. One day, a powerful tornado swept through, leaving no tiles. Timid Tu Tu hid under the bed, afraid to move. Dorothy walked out of the bomb shelter to save her little friend.
