1. Stop providing any resources

This is a medical and beauty enterprise, and the company has a special department responsible for telephone communication and inviting interested customers to visit. Originally, this department was very large, with the largest number of people in the company, and almost all branches in cities across the country have this position.

The job of this position is to call customers, including preoperative and postoperative communication. Then these customers are provided by the company, and the company has special channels to get these resources.

Last July and August, the company suddenly stopped all the resources of the employees in this position in my branch for one month. The basic salary of this position itself is not high, and the income depends on the commission. As a result, these employees directly have the basic salary left. Originally, they wanted to wait and see for a while, but after less than a month, they couldn't hold on. The company not only refused to give resources, but also refused to give any statement.

Everyone goes to work to make money. Although the company does not know about layoffs, this operation is completely forcing them to leave. I can't make money for a month, and it will always be like this in the future. They left their jobs together one day. At this point, the branch office is completely gone.

2. Distribution Marginal Department

Another special promotion department in the company is even more wonderful. These people were suddenly told by the competent leader that they don't belong to this department now, so please find another person for specific work arrangements. Another named person looked puzzled. He didn't even know how so many people were crammed into his group at once.

the most ridiculous thing about this operation is that these people can't refuse this job transfer operation, because the two supervisors are responsible for similar jobs. However, there is no shortage of people in this new department at all. These people have nothing to do since the day they were informed, and they are in a state of being neglected every day. As for the salary, of course, it is only the basic salary.

3. Arrange the impossible work

Earlier, there was a department in our company, whose employees were all young people in their early twenties. Later, the company planned to tear down all the departments, and then arranged a job for these employees that could not be completed at all, so that they could finish the workload in one month that might not be completed in half a year at other times.

These are all hot-blooded young men. Naturally, they can't stand this grievance, and they all quit their jobs within half a month.

with this single-handed operation, our company has laid off nearly half of its employees without spending a penny. Compared with the so-called "graduation", "optimization" and "sending talents to the society", people at least have N+1 compensation, and our company is the real wonder.
