There is an official explanation that there is no limit to the number of telecom broadband that the same owner can run under the same ID card.

For example, for fixed telephones and broadband, the number of mobile phone convergence packages is limited according to Tianyi mobile phone (no more than 5), and broadband access methods are not distinguished, that is, the same owner can handle up to 5 convergence packages under the same ID card name.
