Take Jiangsu Unicom as an example: Today's headlines of Pinbao Card are free, which is the exclusive traffic generated by browsing news and watching videos by using today's headline client (it is recommended to update/download to the latest version) under Unicom's mobile network.

Today's headline directional traffic range does not include:

(1) Advertisements, videos, pictures and related cooperation sections provided by third parties in all browsing pages do not support streaming-free. Please pay special attention to the content provided by third parties such as the words outside the advertising station in the content of each section, which is not within the scope of free traffic;

(2)APP opens advertisements, home page sales, novels and other third-party menus, and personal center (including JD.COM special offer). Uploading pictures and videos in today's headlines and downloading pictures and videos locally are not supported.

(3) Opening a third-party webpage in an application does not support streaming-free;

(4) Free traffic is not supported when wireless network cards, mobile Wi-Fi, MiFi and other devices are used;

(5) Using mobile phone number as mobile phone hotspot does not support free traffic;

(6) Access without using 3GNET access point;

(7) Using network accelerator, proxy server, VPN and other tools can't avoid streaming;

(8) Free flow is not supported when used in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and international regions;

(9) When the WIFI function is turned off, the streaming-free function should be used to avoid frequent switching between WiFi and the mobile network.
