"Wing Reminder" is a service product that Telecom provides timely and accurate reminders for Tianyi mobile phone customers. Through the "wing reminder", Tianyi mobile phone customers can accurately grasp the traffic, telephone charges, the use of points and the remaining amount.

The services achieved so far are as follows:

1. Traffic usage reminder: Send SMS reminder when the cumulative traffic usage of Tianyi mobile phone customers' subscription packages reaches 80% and 100%.

2. Regular traffic reminder: On June 6th and 26th of each month, Tianyi mobile phone customers are provided with reminder messages such as the length of surfing the Internet, 3G traffic used, and remaining information included in the customized package.

3. Insufficient balance reminder: When the current available phone bill balance of Tianyi mobile phone customers is less than 10 yuan and 0 yuan, send a reminder message.

4. Points Care Reminder: In the middle of each month, provide Tianyi mobile phone customers with the points added last month to remind customers that they can use the redeemed points at present.
