What if the phone can't record?

The recorder that comes with vivo mobile phone cannot record. Please check the following troubleshooting methods:

1. Exit the software, and then reopen it;

2. Enter Settings-Applications and Permissions/More Settings-Application Management-Find Recorder-Store-Clear Data (back up the recorded data of the mobile phone in advance);

Some models: Go to Settings-More Settings-Applications-All, and clear the data.

3. Restart the phone;

4. After backing up the mobile phone data, go to Settings-System Management/More Settings-Backup and Reset/Restore Factory Settings-Restore all settings (this operation will not lose the data in the mobile phone, but only back up important data before operation. )
