In order to further strengthen the control measures during the epidemic, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in epidemic prevention and control, and build a strict defense line of joint prevention and control, mass prevention and control, the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters decided to implement a reward reporting system for epidemic prevention and control in the whole region. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Scope of the report

1. 14 days, people in overseas and domestic high-risk areas, close contacts or sub-close contacts of confirmed cases did not report to the residential community or work unit voluntarily, and did not implement centralized isolation or home isolation as required;

2. (1) Accepting or sheltering people who have returned from overseas or domestic areas with high epidemic risk within 14 days, or accepting or sheltering close contacts or sub-close contacts who have been diagnosed without reporting, concealing or making false reports;

3. Having had close contact with the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons, or overlapping with the itinerary of the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons, failing to report, concealing or making a false report;

4 home isolation, health monitoring personnel unconsciously carry out home observation requirements and go out at will;

5 village clinics, individual clinics and other medical institutions to accept fever patients;

6 pharmacies sell antipyretic and antitussive drugs privately;

7. Internet cafes, KTV and other closed places violate the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control, and operate privately during the prescribed suspension period;

8. Congregation activities such as weddings, funerals and weddings are held privately without the approval of the record, or are held beyond the approved scope despite approval.

Second, reporting methods and incentives

2. The whistleblower shall truthfully provide the name, detailed residential address and failure to implement the corresponding control measures of the reported object;

3. If the above clues are reported and verified, 500 yuan will be rewarded for each reported case. If more than one person reports the same situation, the first informant will be rewarded;

4. In any of the following circumstances, no reward will be given:

Responsible for investigation and control; The content of the report is vague and cannot be verified; Prosecutors get information from office staff to report; The reported behavior has been discovered or is being investigated; Prosecutors obtain illegal evidence through theft, fraud or other means prohibited by laws and regulations.
