I don't know how to open the verification code after stopping.

Our 2G/3G post-paid users (including post-paid wireless network cards) can handle the number-keeping/machine-resuming business of downtime through the following channels, with immediate effect:

1. Click Business Handling > Other Business > Stop, and select the corresponding type for handling;

2. After logging in to the mobile phone business hall client, click Service > Handling > Business Handling > Turn off the phone number/answering machine, select the corresponding type, click the OK button, and enter the SMS verification code to be sent;

3. Log in to the touch-screen version of the mobile phone business hall, click Handling > Business Handling > Shutdown Security Number, and select the corresponding type of handling.

As some provinces do not support online business, if the above methods cannot be handled, please call the local hotline 100 10 (with the service password) or move to the local business hall (with the valid certificate), or contact the local customer service to find out the specific handling channels.
