I have been receiving short messages from Hebei Electric Power.

First, check the reply carefully to see if there is any disclosure of personal information, especially bank card information. If yes, go to the bank to modify the relevant information immediately.

Second, if not, then leave it alone, don't keep in touch, especially don't provide your own information.

Third, be careful not to reply to text messages at will in the future. If necessary, we suggest calling first.

Attach a method to prevent SMS fraud:

1. Never tell anyone your ID number, bank card number and bank card password at any time and any place. Note: Never publish three numbers at the same time!

2. When you can't tell whether the text message is true or false, you should call the bank's enquiry number at the first time. Note: don't call the number left in the text message first!

Don't call back on your cell phone, you'd better find a fixed phone to call back.

4. The best way is to ignore some unfamiliar short messages that are completely unrecognizable.

If you are cheated, please report it immediately.

6. Don't talk to strange text messages-don't believe, don't be greedy, don't reply, this is the killer weapon against fraudulent text messages.
