1. Report in advance and do not hide anything. All people coming (returning) from other provinces to Changsha should report through the "My Changsha" APP or "My Changsha" mini program at least one day in advance. 2. Nucleic acid testing should be done promptly. All people arriving (returning) from other provinces must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours to enter Changchun, and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention measures such as nucleic acid testing and health examinations at transportation stations and entrances to the city. After growing up, a nucleic acid test will be taken on the initiative, and another nucleic acid test will be performed on the third day. Before the negative result of the second nucleic acid test comes out, do not participate in gathering activities unless necessary, do not enter crowded public places, and avoid taking public transportation. If it is really necessary to participate in gathering activities, nucleic acid testing, health monitoring and personal protection must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the event organizer.

All personnel within the city area (whole area) must complete at least one nucleic acid test in a seven-day cycle, that is, within a week, everyone in the jurisdiction must undergo at least one nucleic acid test. The frequency of nucleic acid testing for risk professionals and personnel in key institutions will continue to be implemented in accordance with regulations.

Before traveling, check the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of your destination through the Chinese Government website and the State Council’s client applet in advance, actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention measures, and take personal protection during the journey. People who have suspected COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of smell (taste), diarrhea, or abnormal health codes must fulfill their personal protection responsibilities, report promptly and carry out nucleic acid testing, and do not travel before the risk of infection is eliminated. .
