In order to further accurately and scientifically implement epidemic prevention and control, through research, it is decided to adjust the relevant social prevention and control measures as follows.

1. Chaoyang District and Chaonan District continue to strictly implement the Notice on Strengthening the Prevention and Control Measures of Social Epidemic in Shantou City issued by Shantou COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters Office 1 1.3.

1. All catering service units should resume dining in the canteen, strictly implement epidemic prevention requirements such as temperature measurement and code scanning, and the reception number shall not exceed 75% of the approved number.

2. Suspend all kinds of meetings, trainings, performances, competitions, exhibitions and other gathering activities with more than 50 people, and suspend all kinds of folk activities, such as "red events", "white events" and banquets.

3. Nursery institutions, trusteeship institutions and private clinics will resume services in an orderly manner under the premise of strictly implementing the requirements for epidemic prevention and control. Private clinics should strengthen the inquiry of patients' epidemiological history, and those who find abnormal symptoms such as fever and cough should be guided to the fever clinic as soon as possible.

4. The above measures will be implemented as of the date of promulgation of this circular, and other social prevention and control measures will continue to be implemented according to the Notice on Strengthening the Prevention and Control Measures of Social Epidemic in Shantou COVID-1910.03. The follow-up will be dynamically adjusted in time according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control.
