Can the violation of Cangnan in Wenzhou be handled in Lucheng District of Wenzhou?

1. If the violation is off-site, the vehicle license plate belongs to Lucheng, Wenzhou, and the violation of Cangnan County can be handled in Lucheng, Wenzhou.

Violation of regulations can only be handled or issued vehicle number plates. If it is a violation of the rules on the spot, such as a violation directly caught by the traffic police on the spot, it must be handled in Cangnan County, the illegal place. If it is an off-site violation, such as the violation captured by traffic cameras, it can be handled in Cangnan County, where the violation occurred, or in the place where the motor vehicle license plate was issued.
