5. If the cargo hold conditions of the flight model are not suitable for transporting live animals, the passenger's application for transporting small animals cannot be accepted. 6. China Southern Airlines will not accept joint transportation of live small animals for the time being;

China Southern Airlines' requirements for consigning animal pet boxes;

Small animals must be packed in solid metal, hard plastic or wooden containers suitable for their characteristics, and meet the following requirements:

1. should be a special aviation pet consignment box, which must be made of solid material, with a fixed top and ventilation on at least three sides. The door of the pet box must have a locking device and be made of solid metal. After the door is closed, pets should be effectively prevented from opening the door to escape.

2. All accessories of the pet box (including nuts, bolts, rivets and locks, etc.). ) Be firm and have a good performance.

Pet transportation conditions

(1) The live animals carried by passengers must be checked. Except for auxiliary dogs, guide dogs and hearing dogs carried by disabled passengers themselves.

(2) Sichuan Airlines shall not accept long-distance flight transportation without stopovers, or a certain type of transportation that is not suitable for transporting live animals.

(3) At present, Sichuan Airlines does not accept the combined transport of live animals carried by passengers. Passengers who need to check their pets on the connecting flight can only check their pets on the one-way direct flight segment, pick up their pets after arriving on the connecting flight and go through the transfer check-in procedures. Direct flights on the same plane can take pets to their destinations.

(4) Each passenger can only transport 2 pets at most (the specific number is subject to the requirements of the country of entry, in which each person is limited to 1 dog or cat), and each flight is limited to 10 pet. Pets exceeding the limit should be transported as goods.

(5) Pets shall be packaged separately, and the total weight of each individually packaged pet and pet box (including food and water in the pet box) shall not exceed 32kg (inclusive). Pets unfit for air travel:

(1) Pets born less than 6 months.

(4) Pets suffering from heart disease and respiratory diseases and having undergone surgery within 48 hours.
