First, select and click the Settings button on the desktop.

Then, in the pop-up Settings Notification Bar menu window, find the More Apps button in the device options and click Confirm.

In the more application notification bar menu window that pops up, select the software we need to open the floating window and click Confirm.

Select the custom notification bar button in the app information.

In the pop-up information window, select and click the floating notification button to open the software floating window.
