How to cancel the short message service of CCB?

There are many ways to cancel SMS financial service, which you can choose.

1. Uplink SMS cancellation

(1) Personal SMS financial service: You can use my mobile phone to edit the SMS messages "the last four digits of QXTZ# account", "the last four digits of QXZZ# account" or "the last four digits of QXJF# account" and send them to 95533, and cancel the designated account change notification service, SMS transfer remittance or SMS payment recharge service independently, without affecting the use of other related services. Edit the short message "the last four digits of QXZH# account" and send it to 95533 to cancel all short message services signed by the designated account; Edit "QXFW" and send it to 95533 to cancel all SMS services under the customer's name, including account change notice, SMS transfer and remittance, SMS payment recharge and financial information SMS service. (2) The enterprise account change service uses my mobile phone to edit the short message "last four digits of ZXZH# account" or "ZXFW" and send it to 95533, and the system will prompt the opening result. The last four digits of ZXZH# account refer to the SMS service for canceling the account specified by the mobile phone, and ZXFW refers to the SMS service for canceling all enterprise accounts under the mobile phone. (3) The short message service of the fund under its name uses the main mobile phone to edit the short message "JJJY" or "QXJJ" and send it to 95533, and the system will prompt the cancellation result.

2. Cancel mobile banking

After logging in to mobile banking, you can click My Services → SMS Financial Services. Account change notice, SMS transfer and SMS payment can be cancelled respectively, and the cancellation method of "mobile phone+account" is supported.

3, the portal cancellation

If you need to cancel the SMS service for personal account change, you can log in to www.ccb.com, the portal website of CCB, click "Convenience Service-SMS Finance-Activation" on the left page to enter the SMS service cancellation page for account change, enter the ID number, customer name, bank account and password, and then activate and select the service to be cancelled.

If you need to cancel the short message service of financial information, you can log in to www.ccb.com, the portal website of CCB, click "Convenience Service-Short Message Finance-Enable" on the left page, enter the cancellation page of short message service of financial information, enter the certificate type, certificate number and additional code, and then enable and select the short message service of financial information to be cancelled.

4. Revocation of bank outlets

Bring my valid ID card and related account to our outlet, fill in the cancellation service information, and after being verified by the counter system, you can cancel the SMS financial service, including personal/company account change, transfer and remittance, payment recharge, and fund SMS service in my name.

5. Cancel telephone banking

Manual agent: dial 95533, select manual service, and explain to the agent that SMS financial service needs to be cancelled. After the system verifies the ID card, the agent selects the SMS service that needs to be cancelled according to the customer's requirements.

Self-service voice: you can dial 95533, enter your ID card or account number and password according to the voice prompt, and enter the account number and mobile phone number to cancel the SMS service according to the system prompt after the authentication is passed.
