Why isn't there a regular phone record?

There is a call record, which can be viewed as follows:

Open the smart screen APP, log in to Huawei account, and then enter the call page of the details interface of China Unicom to view the call records of China Unicom.

However, Changlian call only supports finding local function records, and cannot find records on other devices or in the account cloud.
