Excuse me, why can't I receive information when the mobile phone doesn't open WeChat?

It may be a system permission setting problem, which can be solved by referring to the following methods. Take the operation of Android phone as an example:

1. First, open the phone's own settings and click "Application and Notification", as shown in the figure.

2. Enter the "Application and Notification" interface and click "Notification Management", as shown.

3. Enter the "Notification Management" interface, find "WeChat" and click Enter.

4. Just open the slider behind Allow Notification, as shown in the figure.

5. Then click "New Message Notification", as shown in the figure.

6. Check the "Allow Notice" here again, as shown in the figure.
