In normal use, domestic calls (except Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) are enabled by default, so local and domestic long-distance calls (including mobile phones and landlines of major domestic operators) can be made under normal circumstances. If the prompt "This function is not enabled" appears, the following reasons cannot be ruled out:

2. The number is enabled with the call restriction function: the number with the call restriction function enabled cannot make a call;

3. Wrong number: For local calls, just dial directly; To make a fixed telephone call from other places, you need to dial the destination area number;

4. The status of the other party's number is abnormal: if the other party's number is stopped or the incoming call condition is set, a similar prompt may appear;

5. The other party's number belongs to a special number: only by establishing a user group can special numbers be dialed, and the special numbers of major operators can only be dialed by users in their respective networks.
