"Mindology" is a topic that interests me. Over the years, I often hear the word "cultivation of the mind". I also find that more and more people around me are paying more and more attention to their own hearts, and I I was also groping on this road, so when I learned about today’s topic, I pestered Teacher Cheng to come over.

As soon as I walked in, the enthusiasm and gentleness of Teacher Tang Tang, Teacher Xiao Ni and Teacher Yin were like a spring breeze, sweeping away my anxiety and uneasiness along the way. Then I met Teacher Wang Mingtao, whom I had admired for a long time. Because they belonged to the same political party, I felt extra friendly. Teacher Wang is easy-going and low-key, with an air of immortality.

The host is Teacher Chang. When you listen to Teacher Chang, you feel like you are listening to Mr. Wang Yangming’s lectures. Teacher Chang is knowledgeable and can easily talk about ancient and modern theories. I regret not being able to listen to Teacher Chang’s lecture on the I Ching. I thought that the salon would be over after everyone chatted for a few minutes. Unexpectedly, it was not only Teacher Xiaoni’s lecture that was wonderful, but also everyone’s exchanges and sharing after the lecture. It was really a surprise one after another. One of them smashed over.

Teacher Cheng was the first to communicate. The open-minded, optimistic and cheerful teacher made everyone laugh unconsciously when he spoke. It felt very warm, and his teasing with Teacher Li was also witty and warm. I have not known Teacher Cheng for a long time, but Teacher Cheng has a very good personality, is easy-going, generous, and informal. As a university professor, he has no airs, is very down-to-earth, and can always bring joy to the people around him. The contentment and happiness that Teacher Cheng mentioned and the big heart that Teacher Cheng mentioned are the learning of the heart. In fact, they are full of great wisdom. They are the acceptance of life after going through hardships, and they are also the respect and love for life. Teacher Cheng, who has relaxed his mind, naturally has a big picture. I got to know Teacher Cheng and thank Jiusan Society.

The gentleman mentioned by the second teacher (forgive me for not knowing the teacher’s last name) taught us to use the method of “unity of knowledge and action”, starting from the starting point of “heart” and reaching the ultimate goal of “reaching conscience” Goal, this is the most practical significance for the entire human race, and I agree with it very much. Life to death is a process. I really admire the teacher's careful theory and perfect interpretation of "where do I come from, where do I want to go, and how do I get there." Cultivation of the mind means practicing how to be a person throughout your life. Starting from the heart and being a person with conscience, it is very difficult to truly reach the state of "leading to conscience", but as this teacher mentioned, "to lead to conscience" is Direction, I thought: The direction is right, no matter how slow it is, it is still fast.

Teacher Wang’s sharing is very touching. The sentence that particularly moved me is: when we want a certain work to impress others, we must first impress ourselves.
