(3) Inform children's guardians by appointment, notification, telephone, SMS, internet, oral and radio, and inform them of the types, time, place and related requirements of vaccination. In rural areas with inconvenient transportation, vaccination can be carried out by means of home visits. In areas where the floating population is relatively concentrated, temporary vaccination spots can be set up, the frequency and service hours of outpatient clinics can be appropriately increased, and convenient vaccination services can be provided.

(4) Before vaccination, vaccination staff should check the children's vaccination certificate and vaccination card or electronic file, check the name, sex, date of birth and vaccination record of the recipient, determine the recipient and vaccination variety, and fill in the informed consent form.

(5) Before vaccination, the vaccination staff shall inform the recipients or their guardians of the varieties, functions, contraindications, adverse reactions and precautions of the vaccinated vaccine, and ask the recipients about their health status, whether there are any contraindications for vaccination, etc. , and truthfully record the notice and inquiry.

(6) Work during vaccination.
