Second, the skills to prevent points fraud

Move 1: China Mobile will never ask you for any verification code or password for redeeming points. Any phone call or text message asking you to provide the verification code of points is fraud.

Trick 2: China Mobile never offers the activity of "exchanging points for cash", and you don't need to enter your ID card, bank card number and password. Please let our customers know.
