Group financial short messages are garbled

If the message you receive is garbled, there are usually the following reasons:

1. The format entered by the sender user is incorrect;

2. The receiver can only receive English, and the sender sends Chinese;

3. Pictures sent online or ringtones downloaded, but this format is not supported by mobile phones.
