Preparations for installing the elevator

1) Planning architectural design drawings, and original plan, section, elevation and foundation drawings of the building shall be provided.

3) It takes time (one week) for the design institute to complete the planning and construction application.

Submit planning and construction information

The owner's representative brings his ID card and photocopy to the Construction Engineering Management Section of the District Planning Bureau to declare the construction plan review of the additional elevator project. The following information is required:

Agree to install the elevator signature form and the power of attorney of the owner's representative;

The original real estate license (or the search list purchased by the Housing Authority) and its copy, as well as the copy of the ID card signed by the owner;

Planning and construction drawings, structural safety instructions and other materials (provided by the design institute)

Review of the design scheme of adding elevators (review by the District Planning Bureau for one month)

Publicity before approval of adding elevators (10 day)

Planning permit for adding elevators

Elevator planning permit for Sunrise Building within 10 working days after the completion of pre-approval publicity.

Design institute completes the construction drawing design of adding elevator (one week)

Apply for electricity from the local power supply station with the planning permit.

According to the construction drawing of adding elevators, the owner will invite tenders for the construction team, participate in the construction project of adding elevators, and determine the construction team.
