Step 1: Buy the tender.

There are two ways to purchase the tender. One way is to download the Shanghai Guopai APP through the mobile app store and apply directly online. The other is to buy the tender offline, that is, I bring the relevant documents to the window of the national auction outlets to purchase the tender.

Note: When applying for bidding, you need to pay a deposit of 1 0,000 yuan, and there will be 20 working days for review. After approval, the bid will be activated automatically.

Step 2: Participate in the Shanghai brand auction.

On the morning of licensing 10:30, log in to official website, the national auction center (note: browser above IE7 logs in). Enter the bid number and password according to the page prompts. After logging in successfully, you can bid. Under normal circumstances, the first bid can give an early warning price of "89300" for the whole year. After the bidding is completed, enter the verification code and submit it.

After the first bidding is completed, 1 1: 29: 45 makes the second bidding. In general, most people will increase their prices by 900 or 1 1: 29: 45. When the quotation is within the price range, just click Submit to enter the verification code in advance.

Step 3: Pay the license fee.

The premise of this step is that you get the license, so you must pay the license fee within a limited time, otherwise the license will be invalid once it expires, and I will be banned from participating in the auction in Shanghai within three years.

Individuals who meet the following conditions may apply to participate in the auction:

(a) Shanghai household registration, or holding a residence permit in Shanghai and paying social insurance or personal income tax in this city for three consecutive years before the date of application (excluding the month of application);

(two) did not hold a passenger car quota certificate;

(3) There are no registered motor vehicles;

(4) Holding a valid motor vehicle driver's license;

(5) There is no record of illegal road traffic safety within 1 year before the date of application;

(six) other conditions approved by the joint meeting to be submitted to the municipal government.

The illegal records of road traffic safety mentioned in Item (5) of the preceding paragraph include:

(1) The cumulative score reaches 12;

(two) driving a motor vehicle for more than 5 times (including 5 times) of road traffic safety violations;

(three) by withholding, revocation of motor vehicle driver's license or administrative punishment of detention.

Among these conditions, there are several points that need special attention. If it is a Shanghai household registration, it should be noted that the driver's license under my name cannot have five or more illegal records within 1 year before the application date; If you are a foreigner, you should pay attention to the "three-year social insurance or personal income tax", during which there can be no record of interruption or payment.
