EMS mail always shows that it has left the processing center or arrived at the processing center, but it has never reached its destination. There are three meanings:

Usually, the customs staff will not stay on a package for too long, because there are too many packages to deal with. If there are contraband in the package, the inspection and quarantine will require postal personnel to open the box for inspection, and customs personnel will not open the box without permission.
