The plan requires:

First, seriously prepare for school.

Make a school start plan. Schools around the country should strictly follow the requirements of the local leading group, formulate and improve the school-starting work plan in light of the actual situation, clarify the school-starting time and back-to-school arrangements, and refine various work measures such as daily prevention and control, emergency response, training drills, material reserves, and teaching arrangements. School plans for primary and secondary schools are determined by local education authorities, and school work plans for colleges and universities are determined by school party committees and implemented after being approved by local leading groups.

Strengthen health. Teachers and students should monitor their daily body temperature 14 days before the start of school, and report their health status and activity track to the school in time. Schools should comprehensively investigate and dynamically grasp the health status and whereabouts of teachers, students, employees and their families who live together during the summer vacation, and ensure that the living history, contact history and health history of each teacher, student and employee are clear and clear before returning to school 14 days. Teachers, students and employees in low-risk areas of cities where high-risk areas in the province are located must return to school with valid negative results of COVID-19 nucleic acid test and green health code within 48 hours. Primary and middle school students should return to their school residence 14 days before the start of school, and those who return from outside the province should be tested for 1 nucleic acid on the day of return, and health monitoring should be done 14 days before the start of school. Foreign teachers and students coming to China will arrange to start school according to the requirements of China teachers and students coming to China, and foreign teachers and students coming to China will apply for returning to school in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Strengthen the management of school gates, implement relatively closed management on campus, and all teachers, students and employees should be tested for body temperature and health green code. There is no need for outsiders not to go to school.
