If your mobile phone can't send and receive short messages, I suggest you check the following:

5. If you still can't receive it after deleting it, you can change your mobile phone or change your card for testing. If you can't receive it on other mobile phones after changing your mobile phone, it means that there is something wrong with your mobile phone card, or you can't send and receive text messages due to arrears. If it is not due to arrears or downtime, there may be something wrong with your mobile phone sim card. It is recommended that you bring your valid certificate to the local Unicom business hall for testing.

6. Check whether the number of SMS center is set correctly.

Excluding the above reasons, you can call 100 10 to check whether the SMS receiving function of this number is normally enabled.
