Can you receive the text message sent by Android phone to Apple phone?

It is acceptable for Android phones to send text messages to Apple phones.

You can receive ordinary short messages. Apple's iMessage can only be sent to devices where Apple logs in to apple ID. Text messages are sent by calling cards and have nothing to do with the mobile phone system.

Any mobile phone can receive short messages as long as there is no arrears, the signal is normal and it has not been hacked.
