Make sure that the mobile phone number you use is the same as the one you bound in QQ Security Center. If so, it is not excluded that mobile phone service operators delay sending SMS, which is very common.

If not, or the phone is not bound at all, then release the protection mode through account appeal. However, in the process of account appeal, you need to provide detailed information such as QQ password, account application time and place, and login address over the years. The more detailed, the better.

If the complaint is successful, on the premise of ensuring system security, log in to QQ Security Center, select account complaint in password management, click Set New Information, set new second-generation secret information, and modify the password after binding the mobile phone.
