If the electronic invoice is lost, you can ask the other party to resend the electronic invoice. The method for sending again comprises the following steps:

1. Click "Manual Upload of VAT Electronic Ordinary Invoice", select the invoice, click "Customer Information", enter the other party's email address or mobile phone number and resend.

2. Click "Invoice Inquiry", select the invoice, click to view the original ticket, click PDF, download the PDF file, and send it by email or WeChat.

3. Click "Invoice Inquiry", select the invoice, click to view the original ticket, click "My E-ticket", download the e-invoice and send it by mail.
