ICBC credit card holders can check their points through the counter of China Industrial and Commercial Bank, online banking, telephone banking, mobile banking, SMS banking, self-service terminals, electronic shopping malls and other channels.

1, online banking inquiry

Log in to ICBC's personal online banking, select customer service, select points service in the left navigation bar, click My Points to query your credit card points and comprehensive points, or select to query co-branded card points and centurion points.
