How to open the floating screen window when Huawei enjoys 9s?

You can refer to the following methods:

Step 1: Open Huawei's mobile phone, and click the phone settings on the desktop, as shown in the figure below.

Step 2: In the phone settings, click Apply, as shown in the following figure.

Step 3: After entering, click Permission Management, as shown in the figure below.

Step 4: Enter the application permission management, click the permission and select the floating window, as shown in the following figure.
