Generally, the short message center server will save the information temporarily stored but not successfully received by the receiver for 48 hours, so when you turn it on, you can still receive point-to-point short messages if there is no time limit exceeding 48 hours, and Monternet short messages can only be sent next time if they fail!

If you don't open any value-added services, others will directly remind you to turn it off, but your mobile phone won't remind you, and it will only be displayed on the screen if you don't answer the phone when you turn it on! If you want to know that others have called you when your phone is turned off, you can ask the operator who uses your calling card to open a function similar to the missing message reminder, such as China Mobile's "Call Reminder" service, so that you can realize that others have called you when your phone is turned off or there is no signal, and you can know that others have called you when your phone is turned on or the signal is normal!
