If you don't open Fetion service, can you receive information sent by others through Fetion?

If the Fetion service is not opened, you can also receive the Fetion information sent by the other party by SMS, but if you reply this information directly, you will be charged the SMS fee normally according to the ordinary SMS fee.

Two ways to open Fetion:

1. SMS to open Fetion service: Send the SMS "KTFX" to 10086, and you will receive a short message informing you that Fetion service has been successfully opened and that you have obtained your Fetion number. When you register for the first time, you will be prompted to register your personal information.

Second, register through the PC client: enter the mobile phone number and password, and the system will send a verification code to the mobile phone, enter the verification code, and complete the registration after filling in the personal information.
