How to activate agricultural bank ETC? The credit card has been received

After receiving the OBU equipment, you can install and activate the equipment by yourself according to the instructions (the product description is mailed with the equipment).

1. If the equipment is delivered by a local dealer, you can go to the local Agricultural Bank outlet and the staff will assist in the operation.

2. If the equipment is provided by a distributor from other provinces, please contact the manufacturer for telephone instruction.

If the ETC credit card is activated, it can be handled in the following ways:

1. Telephone self-service activation: dial the credit card customer service hotline 4006695599 with the home phone or mobile phone reserved when handling the card, and follow the voice prompts. At present, only self-service activation of ID card accounts is supported.

2. Manual telephone activation: Please call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695599 to switch to manual service, and activate the card after information verification.

3. Counter activation: the cardholder carries the card and the certificate used in the application to the outlet for activation.

4. Pocket Banking Activation: Log in to the Pocket Banking APP and click "Credit Card → Settings → Card Activation".

5. Online banking activation: log in to personal online banking and click "Credit Card → Settings" to activate.
