2. Get it back by email.

On the education enrollment information service platform, click the "College Entrance Examination Registration" button, and click the "When the password is lost, click here to retrieve it" function in the login page that opens. In the page that opens, according to the system prompt, choose to retrieve the password by email. After the application password is successfully retrieved, the new login password will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the candidate when registering.

3. SMS retrieval

After clicking the function of "click here to retrieve lost password", follow the system prompt in the opened page and select SMS to retrieve password.

The system will send a verification code to the mobile phone number provided by the candidate when registering. After the verification code is successfully entered, the new login password will be automatically sent to the mobile phone provided by the candidate when registering by SMS.

4. On-site treatment

If the above two methods still can't retrieve the login password, we can only take the third way to retrieve the password at the city high school admissions office. Candidates or parents must hold the candidate's household registration book or student ID card and go to the city high school for password reset.
