In addition: SMS notification can be provided. The number change notification system is equipped with a short message sending module to provide short message notification to the calling party or the called party. The following three options are available:

1) When dialing the old number, the system will automatically send a short message to the new number "xxxxxxxxxxxx dialed your phone on X, X, X, X, X, X, X".

2) When dialing the old number, the system will automatically send a short message to the calling number "The phone number you dialed has been changed to xxxxxxxxxxx".

3) When the old number is dialed, the system will automatically send a message to the new number "xxxxxxxxxxxxXX dialed your phone on X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X", and at the same time, the system will automatically send a message to the calling number "The phone number you dialed has been changed to xxxxxxxxxxx". When a customer changes his phone number, he can handle the number change notification service at the operator who accepts the new number. At the same time, the customer needs to handle the call forwarding service at the original number, and only needs to set the incoming call on the original mobile phone number to be transferred to the access number (assigned by the user of the number change notification management system). The original number needs to remain open for a period of time, and the number change notification service also has a corresponding validity period.

In this way, when a customer's friend dials the customer's original number (or old number), the call signaling will be routed to the number change notification management system, and the system will query the customer information in the database according to the old number, play a voice prompt "The phone number you dialed has been changed to XXXXXX, please dial a new number later", and the system will send a short message to the calling party (mobile phone) or the called party.

There are also two call transfer connection schemes, one is that the user chooses to connect or hang up after voice prompts the new number, and the other is that the new number is directly connected without voice prompts. Connecting the new number is to dial the telephone connection through the number change notification management system, which needs to occupy the incoming and outgoing channels of E 1 of this system.

Only voice prompts, no connection. Because the system does not go off-hook, neither the caller nor the called party will generate any traffic charges.

The service processing, connection mode and short message sending mode of the number change notice are set by the service personnel of the operator in the system platform. Users can also choose to change according to actual needs (upgrade after the specific scheme is determined).
