What is the job of outgoing calls?

Outbound call is the use of telephone or SMS for outbound marketing, or call for arrears. Sometimes, automatic outgoing calls are also made by telephone.

Outbound service can be used for market analysis, such as automatically dialing a large number of users according to the list, conducting business demand or service satisfaction survey, or paying a return visit to customers.
