How to query Alipay repayment records?

Inquiry steps of Alipay repayment record: 1. Open Alipay, click "My" in the lower right corner of the home page, and then click "Flower Garden".

2. After entering Huayuan homepage, click "My Bill".

3. After entering my bill, click on more records.

4. After entering more records, click Repayment to view.

Version information: Take Alipay 10.2.59 version, Apple13 (iOS15.3.1system) and Huawei mate40(HarmonyOS2 system) as examples.

In the repayment record, users can click on the corresponding repayment record to view the repayment details. The repayment details include payment method, loan repayment instruction, creation time, order number and other information. If users have questions about the repayment record, they can click "Have questions about this bill" in the bill details to consult Alipay customer service.

Inquire about the repayment record of Alipay student loan (the way of recharging and waiting for system withholding):

Log in to Alipay account on Alipay computer, click "Transaction Records" and click "Revenue and Expenditure Details" on the right. After the repayment is successful, Alipay will inform you by SMS and send it to CDB to make an appointment for a mobile phone. If the mobile phone number is not reserved, it will be sent to the mobile phone bound by Alipay.

Inquire about the repayment record of Alipay student loan (real-time payment through the application center):

Log in to Alipay account on Alipay computer, click "Application Center", and then click "Student Loan Repayment". Users can also log in to the CDB system at the end of the month or early next month.
