How to open the message in iCloud function?

First, cloud information support conditions

IPhone, iPad and Mac support "information" in iCloud service.

Before that, you should ensure that:

MacOS 10. 13.5 or higher and iOS 1 1.4 or higher are required.

All devices are logged into the same Apple ID.

The Apple ID you are using has double authentication turned on.

Second, how to open the cloud information

After ensuring that the above conditions are met, you need to do the following:

(1) on Apple computer

The operation on the Mac is as follows:

Open the information that came with macOS.

In the menu bar, choose messages > preferences.

Click Account.

Select the check box to the left of Enable iCloud Cloud Information.

Open "? Settings ".

Click on the top item "[Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes and App Store]".

Tap iCloud.

Open "Information".

Third, turn off cloud information.

Close the cloud information according to the reverse process of the above process.

It should be noted that when closing, you can set whether to close messages in the current device iCloud or all devices iCloud.

Disable all: Turn off iCloud cloud information of all devices. Information will no longer be stored in iCloud, but in every device.

Disable this device: Turn off iCloud cloud information for Mac only. The information in the Mac will no longer be stored in iCloud; Information from any other device that turns on iCloud cloud information will continue to be stored in iCloud.

Fourth, the problems that arise.

Some people on the Internet reported that cloud information could not be synchronized. After confirming that the powered-on devices use the same Apple ID, you can try the following ways to see if it can be solved:
