1. Download Mutual Shield Apple Recovery Master software, keep the phone connected to the computer, and the software will automatically detect iTunes backup files.

2. Click "Restore from iTunes backup file", and then click "Select" or "Customize to add database" at the bottom left (customization refers to the file that we manually backed up ourselves). Finally, click "Start Scanning" at the bottom to enter the scanning state immediately.

3. When the scanning task is completed, we can select the message to be restored in the sidebar on the left and click it to export it.
