Reservation Instructions

1. Exhibition resources are limited. Exhibitions/exhibition areas in the venue need to check in before making a reservation. The reservation information is subject to the actual page.

2. Online reservations are available in two batches every day, at 9:30 and 12:30.

3. Each account can only reserve 2 exhibition items per day, and each exhibition item can only reserve 1 session, with a maximum of 3 people at a time. Reservations cannot be made for different sessions of the same exhibition.

4. The reservation requirements for "Curiosity Planet" are for one adult and one child, or for one adult and two children. One adult can bring up to 2 children, and the children must be between 3 and 8 years old. Audiences required to participate in "Across the Galaxy" must be at least 1.1 meters tall. Audience members participating in "Sail to Mars" are required to be at least 1.5 meters tall.

5. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the visiting experience, cancellation of reservations will be stopped at the beginning, and latecomers will be refused entry.

6. If you cannot visit as scheduled, please cancel the reservation at least 1 hour in advance. If an account fails to cancel appointments three times within a year, the account will be frozen and reservations will not be available for half a year.
